Chang held several leadership positions in engineering, support, marketing and general management at Sun Microsystems, Microtec Research and Mentor Graphics. Chang specialized in embedded systems and system software tools such as compilers, debuggers, operating systems and recently engaged in test instrument software. Chang was also one of the initial ANSI C++ committee members. Chang held a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin, Madison and a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University.
