Ms. May Su has worked in the semiconductor capital equipment industry since 1980.  She began her career with KLA Instruments designing photomask, reticle and wafer inspection equipment.  She then moved on to Lam Research where she held a variety of positions in etch process equipment design, 300mm technical program management, product and strategic marketing, sales and general executive management over 12 years.  She is currently the Vice President/General Manager at Aviza Technology with responsibility for the Thermal Products Business Unit.  May has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley, and a MBA degree from Santa Clara University.
